Kumi-Jo Workshop

The ten Kumi-jo is the core of Aiki-Jo and will be the focus of this workshop. We will also review the Jo Sabaki and Jo Suburi to strengthen the foundations for Kumi-Jo.


The workshop is open to all, though we recommend proficiency with the 20 Jo Suburi.

The schedule from 10:15 to 15:15 includes a half-hour break for refreshment, but no lunch.
